About L. A. Keller
Leslie has been living and working in Phoenix, Arizona for more than twenty years. She graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Communications.
When not actively writing or blogging she enjoys hiking in the desert surrounding her home, volunteering as a breast cancer survivor advocate, drinking wine, eating some chocolate (possibly a lot of chocolate) and volunteering for a local animal rescue organization.
Menu for Murder is the first novel in the Jayne Stanford mystery series and it draws upon her actual experiences in the restaurant industry. Cocktails at Sunset, the second book in the series continues Jayne's adventures. Look for it in e-book and paperback.
=====================================
I've written stories since I was twelve years old. Stories about young girls and horses and cats - everything that my life revolved around at the time.
Then I grew up and was preoccupied with the business of life - family, friends and job. Unfortunately, not always in that order. During the years I told stories to my niece at bedtime and to my friends and always thought I should write them down.
Eventually I knew I couldn't wait any longer and had to start writing again. It's always been inside of me, this need to tell someone a story. I hope when you read my books you'll find some humor, some excitement and most importantly a connection with my characters.
